Alamgir is a village in the District of Ludhiana, Punjab, India. It has a historical Gurdwara connected with the tenth Sikh Guru, Guru Gobind Singh, called Gurdwara Manji Sahib. This sacred shrine reflects yet another landmark in the life of the 10th Sikh Guru, Guru Gobind Singh. The Guru was pursued by the Mughal Army and it was at this site where the Guru paused and rested, blessing this village with his presence.
