My Papa, the perfect Sikh of the Guru
Hari ji, I have been trying to read the story above, but I am having a very hard time making sense of it. With modifiers coming after words in Punjabi and before them in English things get confused in English.
Is she talking of her father or an adopted 'father' who came to her aid like a super Bhai Kanhaiya. I made some minor changes in the first sentence - perhaps, I have only made matters worse. Did the woman call (phone) or simply knock on the door>
Please revert the page if I have muddled things.

Mischief
Perhaps I am overly protective here, but an editor Sant reyn is changing some pages a word at a time, adding Guru to the Guru's names one at a time and saving each time. Also calling Guru Nanak and other Gurus by the apellation (egyptian) on the US dollar bill - i.e. All knowing. This to my way of thinking is usually an attribute limited to Waheguru.
Having Guru Sahib 'transform people' as in the story that has Guru Nanak changing Mardana back to a man after some shaman changed him into a pig seems out of place here, as Guru Nanak didn't 'preach' this sort of old superstition.
