Ath Baudh Avtar Teiysvo Kathan(ਅਥ ਬਉਧ ਅਵਤਾਰ ਤੇਈਸਵੌ ਕਥਨੰ ),also called Baudh Avtar, Incarnation 23 is a incarnation of Intellect Mind which tells the world about God. This incarnation of God is formless. Baudh means Mind(Buddhi). This Avtar is not only about Siddarth Gautam but all Gurmukhs. Avtar means the one who do the work as God commands.

Let's understand from Gurbani says:
ਕੇਤੇ ਸਿਧ ਬ੝ਧ ਨਾਥ ਕੇਤੇ -> There are many Buddhas
If Guru Granth Sahib is saying that there are many Buddhas it means Siddartha Gautam is not only Budh. What actually Budh is, Gurbani also says:
-> When mind is Shaped it becomes Baudh Avtar and how to shape it:
ਸਚੋ ਸਚ੝ ਵਖਾਣੀਝ ਸਚੋ ਬ੝ਧਿ ਬਿਬੇਕ ॥ -> Through the True One, an intuitive and discerning mind is obtained.

When Mind(Buddhi) is shaped by truth into Spiritual Mind(Vivek Buddhi = an intuitive and discerning mind), it's called Baudh and when such Baudh seeks god's Hukam and do work on order of god, then she is called Baudh Avtar.

As said, this is not only about Gautam Buddha but about Guru Nanak, Guru Gobind Singh, Bhatts, Gursikhs, Gurmukhs etc. all are Baudh Avtar Because all seeks Hukam.

About Avtar

In Avtar Guru Gobind Singh clearly mentioned what World had done with Baudh Avtar and what actually it is. Guru Gobind SIngh Defined Baudh as that means He, whose name and place are not described, he is only known as the Buddha incarnation. This automatically points toward some formless thing i.e ਬਉਧ(Budhi). In Chandi Charitar, Guru Gobind Singh said means Chandi = Gurmat = Parmeshwar ki Matt = Vivek Budhi is Baudha i.e Buddha(ਬੌਧਾ)

Now begins the description of the twenty-third Buddha incarnation

Now I describe the Buddha incarnation as to how the Lord assumed this form;

Buddha incarnation is the name of that one, who has no name, no place and no village.1.

He, whose name and place are not described, he is only known as the Buddha incarnation;

No one has accepted his sayings in the Iron Age, and they made stones of him(idols).2.

His statues are made in world but in actual he is Buddha Incarnation.3.

Here ends the description of Buddha Incarnation in Bachittar Natak.23.

Siddarth Gautam

Siddarth Gautam was born in Lumbini in Nepal and was king of the place. As Dasam bani says , this information itself tell that this avtar description is not about BODY but about mind. In Hinduism, Gautam is said to be incarnation o Vishnu but buddhism reject the idea. They say that Baudh means the enlighten one and Guru Gobind Singh changed the mentality of hindu folk by telling the orignal and in depth meaning of Baudh. Buddhism does not support Idol worship. Gautam Sidhartha was also against idol worship but under hindu regime his Idols were made and the tradition is followed today, guru gobind singh is pointing to such wrong conception saying,
, means even no one adopted teachings of Gautam Buddha too.
