STANDARD?

We are not following (socio-political cum culural) standards gifted to us by those contless who structured & sustained Sikhi. sacrificing only one thing they posessed & never used for themselves i.e. their own life. Here we are devoid of our True Name. i.e. Khalsa Singh .

  • Commercial, Industrial & individual set ups word over have gone Nuts trying to live up to the 'Man made Quality STANDARDS'(akin to man made artificial names of Lord 'TRUTH') in every sphere of socio-political cum materialistic domains.
  • Coming to the domain of 'Sach Khand'(being truthful to '[[1|Lord Truth]') i.e. GURMAT, I can't imagine a person who claims himself to be a Sikh & does not know & does not hold reverence, regard & faith in No 1 'Word' (Shabad) i.e. 'nam' (closest literal English translation being 'Name')
  • The entire Theme of Stigur) can be summed up in one word (SHABAD GURU) i.e. 'NAAM' (Name)
Khalsa(sachiaara in Satgurbani Language) xyz Singh(First Name given to us Sikhs by Schiara Nanak Singh. Our 'First Name' Khalsa was complemented by 10th Nank as our 'Last Name'. This institutional blending of all Sikhs in one is what is the unique strength of us Sikhs
  • 'SHABAD Guru' does not care for 'xyz' part of the name. A Sikh's Name has to be Khalsa (to begin with, if we do not consider ourselves wiser than First and 10th Nanaks )Singh.

Even a small screw being produced in a small Screw producing factory has a part Number (say 23-13-56-88) and a True Name (Say 'Screw Long with Fine Threads'). Try demanding it as 'Screw Long' with part No (say Screw 23-18-56-88). Your demand will be denied entry to the gate of the Godown holding the stock of screws.

Similarly unless a person Bears the Name of our society first, how can SHe even dream of being part of Khalsa. Let us Sikhs not forget that a Sikh is a Sikh, only and only if SHe claims hir Sikhi. from Khalsa

Standard name of a Sikh is One True Name

Khalsa xyz Singh or in short considering todays hi tech & civilised envirin ment Kha xyz Singh beautifully fits in the frame of things. Title Mr/Mrs gets replaced by 'Kha' title implying Sikh Society.

Recommended that this page be renamed as just 'Sikhs of Stigur'

That is expected to identify & acknowledge the individual Sikhs themselves with the order of Khalsa Khalsa better, rather than just through their 'Middle Name' objects. Some thing like a shortcut to a file, which does look like the icon of the file itself but it is just a shortcut & not the actual file. There can be no shortcuts to 'Thy Court'. Only those who Call themselves Sikhs may be blessed with Sikhi. from Satgurbani

Issue....Should not all Sikh web Sites(and organisations) & SikhiWiki to begin with, be managed & Headed by a team of Five Sikhs with Financial 'Assets & Liabilities' of wonderful & Panthik Social Services published under an appropriate heading & format as part of the set of Special Pages.

Haves vs Have Nots This is all the more relevant to gain confidence of poor & not very educated Sikhs exploited by branded Sikhis & their active & passive supporters of 'Have' Brand on Sikh Web sites. who as per the Khalsa. spitit need to be the end users. Such Sikhs need the light of Sikhi first & not us who hold the entire World's info in our PCs.

At least in India No one seems to know SikhiWiki.org except the educated 'Have' Sikh class of 'Have' Brand.(a small %age of the total Sikh population) Should not all decisions on Sikhiwiki be taken by a joint team of Five Khalsas. How can the Sikhs of 'Have' Brand be made accountable(Last step of Sikhi) unless they publically commit(First Step of Sikhi.) to be owning the First Name of GOD. Thanks to Nanak. Sikhism is Volunteerism. How about committing some thing Here.

The first Step of Sikhi. want Sikhs to speak up but (direct/ indirect/ pssive/ acive & now punitive?(i do not know yet) responces from the Sikhs (all of 'Have' Brand) is all i could realise. Branding commercially makes money, so it does in religios domains. On Sikhiwiki itself we have good No of hidden messages in graphics & text spread all over. There is no Khalsa(5 Sikhs) who can be approached for help whenever there is a difference of opinion.

Sikhi. seeks Committment FALSEHOOD seeks money & realises it. This is an old game every educated person knows. People who do not know are those who are the source of the money 'neech jat' group (so many of them). 'Haves' must phisically walk down to the needy.

Khalsa Society ordains 1 to 1 relationship & interaction between all members associated with the issue . There can be no individual mediator. In case of a diffrence of opinion between two parties Five Amrit(vyla)Dhari Sikhs can medeiate. Needless for me to say that the decision will be founded on relevant Hukm of Satgurbani.

PS: As on now we contributors are the panth . let us all Share Nothing but Panthic Facts in a real Transparent Manner. My above text is no way, I repeat not pointed at any one. It is part of the panthic ishnaan (introspection) in the back drop of nothing but Commandments of Lord Truth(read Satgurbani). Let us see how far we stand true to our True Name? What is it?
