How is falsehood defined in scientific & modren Social terms?

The act/ acts of gifting a logically & Socially False statement / idea / proposal / sugession / recommendation to a people in public (more than one person) having joint access to Shis statement. A typical example is the publication of malicious anti Sikhi contents on on Net.

Nanak mannia maniayy, bujheeyy Gur parsad(i)... Accept a person as truthfull being(Sikh.) if he claims so, however understand him as a truthful person (Sikh. only if S/he meets the Gurbani Standards.
