Tuzk-e-Jahangiri

Tuzk-e-Jahangiri or Tuzk-i-Jahangiri is the autobiography of Mughal Emperor Noor-ud-Din Muhammad Jahangir (1569-1609). The Tuzk-e-Jahangiri wass written in Persian. Jahangir was a good writer and loved nature. Jahangir recorded detailed descriptions about wildlife in his autobiography. Jahangir admired arts and especially master paintings and collected many of them in his palace. Many of them survive and are found in museums around the world.
