Sardar without hair

Mona Sardar means a person whose belief is sikhism but he havent kept the basic kakkar i.e Hair These type of persons are called Mona or Rauda.

Sardar cut his beard

Acc. to Sikh rehat maryada, cuting of hair is a bujjer kurahit i.e the deed of apstate persons but today lakhs of sikhs are inhead. turban culture is there in punjab but people especally youth also cut there beard which is not acceptable in rehat maryada.
