ਬੀਜਉ ਸੂਝੈ ਕੋ ਨਹੀ ਬਹੈ ਦ੝ਲੀਚਾ ਪਾਇ ॥
बीजउ सूझै को नही बहै दढ़लीचा पाइ ॥
Bījao sūjẖai ko nahī bahai ḝulīcẖĝ pĝė.
I cannot conceive of any other, who could be seated upon the royal cushions.

ਨਰਕ ਨਿਵਾਰਣ੝ ਨਰਹ ਨਰ੝ ਸਾਚਉ ਸਾਚੈ ਨਾਇ ॥
नरक निवारणढ़ नरह नरढ़ साचउ साचै नाइ ॥
Narak nivĝraṇ narah nar sĝcẖao sĝcẖai nĝė.
The Supreme Man of men eradicates hell; He is True, and True is His Name.

ਵਣ੝ ਤ੝ਰਿਣ੝ ਢੂਢਤ ਫਿਰਿ ਰਹੀ ਮਨ ਮਹਿ ਕਰਉ ਬੀਚਾਰ੝ ॥
वणढ़ तढ़रिणढ़ ढूढत फिरि रही मन महि करउ बीचारढ़ ॥
vaṇ ṯariṇ dẖūdẖaṯ fir rahī man meh karao bīcẖĝr.
I wandered around searching for Him in the forests and meadows; I contemplate Him within my mind.

ਲਾਲ ਰਤਨ ਬਹ੝ ਮਾਣਕੀ ਸਤਿਗ੝ਰ ਹਾਥਿ ਭੰਡਾਰ੝ ॥
लाल रतन बहढ़ माणकी सतिगढ़र हाथि भंडारढ़ ॥
Lĝl raṯan baho mĝṇkī saṯgur hĝth bẖandĝr.
The treasures of myriads of pearls, jewels and emeralds are in the hands of the True Guru.

ਊਤਮ੝ ਹੋਵਾ ਪ੝ਰਭ੝ ਮਿਲੈ ਇਕ ਮਨਿ ਝਕੈ ਭਾਇ ॥
ऊतमढ़ होवा पढ़रभढ़ मिलै इक मनि झकै भाइ ॥
Ūṯam hovĝ parabẖ milai ik man ėkai bẖĝė.
Meeting with God, I am exalted and elevated; I love the One Lord single-mindedly.

ਨਾਨਕ ਪ੝ਰੀਤਮ ਰਸਿ ਮਿਲੇ ਲਾਹਾ ਲੈ ਪਰਥਾਇ ॥
नानक पढ़रीतम रसि मिले लाहा लै परथाइ ॥
Nĝnak parīṯam ras milė lĝhĝ lai parthĝė.
O Nanak, one who lovingly meets with his Beloved, earns profit in the world hereafter.

ਰਚਨਾ ਰਾਚਿ ਜਿਨਿ ਰਚੀ ਜਿਨਿ ਸਿਰਿਆ ਆਕਾਰ੝ ॥
रचना राचि जिनि रची जिनि सिरिआ आकारढ़ ॥
Racẖnĝ rĝcẖ jin racẖī jin siriĝ ĝkĝr.
He who created and formed the creation, made your form as well.

ਗ੝ਰਮ੝ਖਿ ਬੇਅੰਤ੝ ਧਿਆਈਝ ਅੰਤ੝ ਨ ਪਾਰਾਵਾਰ੝ ॥੪੬॥
गढ़रमढ़खि बेअंतढ़ धिआईझ अंतढ़ न पारावारढ़ ॥४६॥
Gurmukẖ bėanṯ ḝẖiĝīai anṯ na pĝrĝvĝr. ||46||
As Gurmukh, meditate on the Infinite Lord, who has no end or limitation. ||46||

ੜਾੜੈ ਰੂੜਾ ਹਰਿ ਜੀਉ ਸੋਈ ॥
ड़ाड़ै रूड़ा हरि जीउ सोई ॥
ṛĝṛai rūṛĝ har jīo soī.
Rharha: The Dear Lord is beautiful;

ਤਿਸ੝ ਬਿਨ੝ ਰਾਜਾ ਅਵਰ੝ ਨ ਕੋਈ ॥
तिसढ़ बिनढ़ राजा अवरढ़ न कोई ॥
Ŧis bin rĝjĝ avar na koī.
There is no other king, except Him.

ੜਾੜੈ ਗਾਰ੝ੜ੝ ਤ੝ਮ ਸ੝ਣਹ੝ ਹਰਿ ਵਸੈ ਮਨ ਮਾਹਿ ॥
ड़ाड़ै गारढ़ड़ढ़ तढ़म सढ़णहढ़ हरि वसै मन माहि ॥
ṛĝṛai gĝruṛ ṯum suṇhu har vasai man mĝhi.
Rharha: Listen to the spell, and the Lord will come to dwell in your mind.

ਗ੝ਰ ਪਰਸਾਦੀ ਹਰਿ ਪਾਈਝ ਮਤ੝ ਕੋ ਭਰਮਿ ਭ੝ਲਾਹਿ ॥
गढ़र परसादी हरि पाईझ मतढ़ को भरमि भढ़लाहि ॥
Gur parsĝdī har pĝīai maṯ ko bẖaram bẖulĝhi.
By Guru's Grace, one finds the Lord; do not be deluded by doubt.

ਸੋ ਸਾਹ੝ ਸਾਚਾ ਜਿਸ੝ ਹਰਿ ਧਨ੝ ਰਾਸਿ ॥
सो साहढ़ साचा जिसढ़ हरि धनढ़ रासि ॥
So sĝhu sĝcẖĝ jis har ḝẖan rĝs
He alone is the true banker, who has the capital of the wealth of the Lord.

ਗ੝ਰਮ੝ਖਿ ਪੂਰਾ ਤਿਸ੝ ਸਾਬਾਸਿ ॥
गढ़रमढ़खि पूरा तिसढ़ साबासि ॥
Gurmukẖ pūrĝ ṯis sĝbĝs.
The Gurmukh is perfect - applaud him!

ਰੂੜੀ ਬਾਣੀ ਹਰਿ ਪਾਇਆ ਗ੝ਰ ਸਬਦੀ ਬੀਚਾਰਿ ॥
रूड़ी बाणी हरि पाइआ गढ़र सबदी बीचारि ॥
Rūṛī baṇī har pĝiĝ gur sabḝī bīcẖĝr.
Through the beautiful Word of the Guru's Bani, the Lord is obtained; contemplate the Word of the Guru's Shabad.

ਆਪ੝ ਗਇਆ ਦ੝ਖ੝ ਕਟਿਆ ਹਰਿ ਵਰ੝ ਪਾਇਆ ਨਾਰਿ ॥੪੭॥
आपढ़ गइआ दढ़खढ़ कटिआ हरि वरढ़ पाइआ नारि ॥४७॥
Āp gaiĝ ḝukẖ katiĝ har var pĝiĝ nĝr. ||47||
Self-conceit is eliminated, and pain is eradicated; the soul bride obtains her Husband Lord. ||47||

ਸ੝ਇਨਾ ਰ੝ਪਾ ਸੰਚੀਝ ਧਨ੝ ਕਾਚਾ ਬਿਖ੝ ਛਾਰ੝ ॥
सढ़इना रढ़पा संचीझ धनढ़ काचा बिखढ़ छारढ़ ॥
Suinĝ rupĝ sancẖīai ḝẖan kĝcẖĝ bikẖ cẖẖĝr.
He hoards gold and silver, but this wealth is false and poisonous, nothing more than ashes.

ਸਾਹ੝ ਸਦਾਝ ਸੰਚਿ ਧਨ੝ ਦ੝ਬਿਧਾ ਹੋਇ ਖ੝ਆਰ੝ ॥
साहढ़ सदाझ संचि धनढ़ दढ़बिधा होइ खढ़आरढ़ ॥
Sĝhu saḝĝė sancẖ ḝẖan ḝubiḝẖĝ hoė kẖuĝr.
He calls himself a banker, gathering wealth, but he is ruined by his dual-mindedness.

ਸਚਿਆਰੀ ਸਚ੝ ਸੰਚਿਆ ਸਾਚਉ ਨਾਮ੝ ਅਮੋਲ੝ ॥
सचिआरी सचढ़ संचिआ साचउ नामढ़ अमोलढ़ ॥
Sacẖiĝrī sacẖ sancẖiĝ sĝcẖao nĝm amol.
The truthful ones gather Truth; the True Name is priceless.

ਹਰਿ ਨਿਰਮਾਇਲ੝ ਊਜਲੋ ਪਤਿ ਸਾਚੀ ਸਚ੝ ਬੋਲ੝ ॥
हरि निरमाइलढ़ ऊजलो पति साची सचढ़ बोलढ़ ॥
Har nirmĝil ūjlo paṯ sĝcẖī sacẖ bol.
The Lord is immaculate and pure; through Him, their honor is true, and their speech is true.

ਸਾਜਨ੝ ਮੀਤ੝ ਸ੝ਜਾਣ੝ ਤੂ ਤੂ ਸਰਵਰ੝ ਤੂ ਹੰਸ੝ ॥
साजनढ़ मीतढ़ सढ़जाणढ़ तू तू सरवरढ़ तू हंसढ़ ॥
Sĝjan mīṯ sujĝṇ ṯū ṯū sarvar ṯū hans.
You are my friend and companion, all-knowing Lord; You are the lake, and You are the swan.

ਸਾਚਉ ਠਾਕ੝ਰ੝ ਮਨਿ ਵਸੈ ਹਉ ਬਲਿਹਾਰੀ ਤਿਸ੝ ॥
साचउ ठाकढ़रढ़ मनि वसै हउ बलिहारी तिसढ़ ॥
Sĝcẖao ṯẖĝkur man vasai hao balihĝrī ṯis.
I am a sacrifice to that being, whose mind is filled with the True Lord and Master.

ਮਾਇਆ ਮਮਤਾ ਮੋਹਣੀ ਜਿਨਿ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੋ ਜਾਣ੝ ॥
माइआ ममता मोहणी जिनि कीती सो जाणढ़ ॥
Mĝiĝ mamṯĝ mohṇī jin kīṯī so jĝṇ.
Know the One who created love and attachment to Maya, the Enticer.

ਬਿਖਿਆ ਅੰਮ੝ਰਿਤ੝ ਝਕ੝ ਹੈ ਬੂਝੈ ਪ੝ਰਖ੝ ਸ੝ਜਾਣ੝ ॥੪੮॥
बिखिआ अमढ़रितढ़ झकढ़ है बूझै पढ़रखढ़ सढ़जाणढ़ ॥४८॥
Bikẖiĝ amriṯ ėk hai būjẖai purakẖ sujĝṇ. ||48||
One who realizes the all-knowing Primal Lord, looks alike upon poison and nectar. ||48||
