Since past about 25 years, I am trying to undestand real meaning of being a Sikh. I born in 1970 in a sikh family. My parents got belssed and baptized when I was about 2 years old.

I have that a very faded picture in my memory. One of the sewadars holding me in his lap and giving me little bit of Amrit that is called "Chula".

I reguarly go to Gurudwara and listen to gurbani and by sitting a bit away from other sangat. But at that time, I just obey my parents orders. I take it as a no loss on gain policy. That there is no harm by going to gurdwara and listening and reciting bani.

I have been baptized on April 13th, 1984 on Vaisakhi Day at Gurdwara Nirmal Kutia Johlan, near Jalandhar, which is
