Tamber

The Tamber surname is part of the Saini Jatt caste who dominate in many villages across Hoshiarpur, Nawansher, Jalandhar and Gurdaspur. Their occupancy is mostly farming and agriculture and hold a strong position in the areas they live in. Many of these communities have become successful, especially from their hard work they contribute in society, and many of the Saini Jatt community becoming NRIs.
