I suppose that there are no Bernie Madoffs in the Sikh community and that this request is fully 'veted'.

I also don't know if such proposals are proper here, as I am sure every Sangat around the world could build a grander Gurudwara with NRI (NRGS) contributions, ect.

As this request was likely never to be seen again (made on a photo file) I made it into an article. Allenwalla 18:38, 15 March 2009 (UTC)
