Middle Name

• XYZ.Gifted by Guru Roop Sikh Society.

Last Name (Cast/ Race...)

• Singh. Gifted by 10th Nanak.

Formal Name

• Hence the formal name of any Sikh belonging to the order of Khalsa. is Khalsa xyz Singh or in short Kha xyz Singh. 'Kha' here replaces the title 'Mr/Mrs'.
