In my Hippie protest days, i had a 'Black' female friend who when approached one day by a "white' girl who said, "hey coloured girl hoe you doin."

My friend replied, "who are you calling coloured, you're pink. People were so blind to racism in our language that the crayons i played and drew with when i was a child were labeled flesh (pink). The crayon color is no longer made or so labled.Allenwalla 15:57, 12 March 2008 (MDT) Surprised to learn that even Shah Rukh Khan has recently endorsed a brand of lightening cream in India.
