Tale of King of Sirmaur is one of 405 tales written in Charitropakhyan bani by Shri Guru Gobind Singh. This is Seventy First Chariter of Charitropakhyan. This tale is one of part of guru's life. It is about When guru sahib was in paunta sahib. Here Guru Sahib punished those people who urinate on the pilgrim place like paunta which was/is one of pious place. The person who urinate at that pilgrim their turbans were removed and punished so that they understand not to urinate at pious places.
