Kirpa is a Punjabi word that means blessing.

Gurbani tells us:

SGGS Page 11 Full Shabad
ਜਿਸ ਨੋ ਕ੝ਰਿਪਾ ਕਰਹਿ ਤਿਨਿ ਨਾਮ ਰਤਨ੝ ਪਾਇਆ ॥

jis no kirpaa karahi tin naam ratan paa-i-aa.
Those who are blessed with Your Mercy obtain the Jewel of
the Naam, the Name of the Lord.
