- A typical local Gurdwara of Delhi. Follows traditional routines, e.g. Langar every Sat is a major event for committee & participants. Has no will to educate, affirm & propagate 'Sikh Faith, Gurbani, Gurmat' & it's modern connotations.
- Secretary exercising absolutely centralized managerial control stays reluctant to admit modern tools & techniques into the now outdated running of the institution. No formal record of Sikhs associated with the institution are known to exist.
