Q1:how many times is the word "Ram" used in the Guru Granth Sahaib? Gurinder Pannu

Q2 a: Could somebody tell me what Birha means.

Q2 b: Also I would like to know what word is most often used in the Guru Granth Sahib.

Q3: I would like to know what 'prabh ke simran ridh sidh nau nidh' means and from which guru's teaching in the Granth Sahaib it is derived.

A1: According to my quick research the word ਰਾਮ s  'Ram' appears about 1697 times in the Sri Guru Granth Sahib - This following link lists all occurrences but some are not independent use of the word 'Ram' - ਰਾਮ

A2a: The word 'birha' or ਬਿਰਹ s  means separation; isolation; alienation
A2b. The word that has been repeated most often in the Guru Granth Sahib is ‘her’ or ‘hir’( ਹਰਿ,ਹਰ,ਹਰ੝ ) . It occurs 9288 times.

In the remembrance of God are wealth, miraculous spiritual powers and the nine treasures.
ਪ੝ਰਭ ਕੈ ਸਿਮਰਨਿ ਗਿਆਨ੝ ਧਿਆਨ੝ ਤਤ੝ ਬ੝ਧਿ ॥
Parabẖ kai simran gi­ĝn ḝẖi­ĝn ṯaṯ buḝẖ.
In the remembrance of God are knowledge, meditation and the essence of wisdom.
ਪ੝ਰਭ ਕੈ ਸਿਮਰਨਿ ਜਪ ਤਪ ਪੂਜਾ ॥
Parabẖ kai simran jap ṯap pūjĝ.
In the remembrance of God are chanting, intense meditation and devotional worship.
ਪ੝ਰਭ ਕੈ ਸਿਮਰਨਿ ਬਿਨਸੈ ਦੂਜਾ ॥
Parabẖ kai simran binsai ḝūjĝ.
In the remembrance of God, duality is removed.
ਪ੝ਰਭ ਕੈ ਸਿਮਰਨਿ ਤੀਰਥ ਇਸਨਾਨੀ ॥
Parabẖ kai simran ṯirath isnĝnī.
In the remembrance of God are purifying baths at sacred shrines of pilgrimage.
ਪ੝ਰਭ ਕੈ ਸਿਮਰਨਿ ਦਰਗਹ ਮਾਨੀ ॥
Parabẖ kai simran ḝargeh mĝnī.
In the remembrance of God, one attains honor in the Court of the Lord.
ਪ੝ਰਭ ਕੈ ਸਿਮਰਨਿ ਹੋਇ ਸ੝ ਭਲਾ ॥
Parabẖ kai simran ho­ė so bẖalĝ.
In the remembrance of God, one becomes good.
ਪ੝ਰਭ ਕੈ ਸਿਮਰਨਿ ਸ੝ਫਲ ਫਲਾ ॥
Parabẖ kai simran sufal falĝ.
In the remembrance of God, one flowers in fruition.
ਸੇ ਸਿਮਰਹਿ ਜਿਨ ਆਪਿ ਸਿਮਰਾਝ ॥
Sė simrahi jin ĝp simrĝ­ė.
They alone remember Him in meditation, whom He inspires to meditate.
ਨਾਨਕ ਤਾ ਕੈ ਲਾਗਉ ਪਾਝ ॥੩॥
Nĝnak ṯĝ kai lĝga­o pĝ­ė. ((3))
Nanak grasps the feet of those humble beings. ((3))
