Edit Problem: clicking the page 'edit tab' expects me to save (instead of edit) the page

User Mutia still is not able to log in. 'Incorrect password' is the message which gets retured

Thanks for the message: The problem appears to be at the point when you say:

• Reached the 'Talk: Arpana Caur' page in 'read only' mode.

Why does it say 'read only' mode - Do you know? Does it say this on any other discussion page.

Sir the literals ('read only') are not part of the message that was my own expression saying that I am able to Read the article 'Arpana Caur'

Also, I note that your are able to post on the Ragmala talk page - Doesn't this page give the 'read only' warning?

Sir, it does if I press the edit tab on top of the page, thus requesting the systen to show me the WHOLE page in edit mode. this status of the problem is universally true accross SikhiWiki.

On all pages which carry individual sections, I am able to open ( in edit mode ) individual sections one at a time. That is why before I loose the Thoughts I posted the text on Ragmala with the plan of moving it to the right place once things get smoothened up.

Since page 'Talk:Arpana Caur' has no section whatsoever for writing fist character of the first section of the page, I have to press the page tab thus requesting the system to give me whole page in edit mode, which as I said above system does not provide. System want me to save the file named index.bmp on my hard Disk

Could you please post a image of the screen by using the Print screen facility of the page where it says 'read only' mode.

Sir, This seems like a new thing since my last posting above I am writing thistext after reaching this page though a link on recent changes From here if I have to go to my own user page (User:Mutia1), that is getting possible only through links on recent changes page. In berief i am not able to toggle between my own page & this talk page. From here, now if I click the 'Article' tab on top of this page. The error message shown in above graphics will come.

The message, as we can see in at the bottom of the above graphic saying 'Discussions not available on SikhiWiki.....',Appes to be the Key of the issue.

Discussion Page Problem

I think that your computer has been linked wrongly to the type of file at SikhiWiki. To check this you need to log on, with your account from a different computer. Try logging on from a friend's system or a computer from a internet cafe. This will establish for sure if it is a problem at your computer or a SikhiWiki problem.

Thanks for trying the SikhiWiki experiment on another computer. I am sorry that it was the same - that send us back to square 1. I need you to try a few other things to try and understand why we have this problem:

1. Please enter this directly into the 'address bar' of your internet browser: http://www.sikhiwiki.org/index.php?title=Talk:Arpana_Caur&action=edit

OK, so we know it is a problem with the '1' account. Can you please register a new account while I try and check what has happened with the '1' account. This will take some time as it involves the Sikhiwiki system and I have no knowledge about this system at all. So I have to rely on other experts! Try not to use a numeric for the account.
