SSA, Harpreet ji, I was wondering if this was once/still is the Raja's royal palace. The line which states the royals maintain the inner place leaves me wondering.

This also has me wondering over Sewai Jai Singhs onetime palace now being a Gurdwara as well. Was it purchased from his decendants or did the state seize it after the partition when many royals were displaced with some being much worse off than the Nizam of Hyderabad's decendants. A news report on CBS said the Nizam's palace is becoming a grand hotel now. One former royal family lived in a train station for a number of years living of of backshish if the newspaper reports are true. if you have any info on this please let me know.
