Violence, will it ever put an end to itself--is violence self defeating? Guru Gobind Singh said it was only to be allowed in self defence. What if those who (have violence in their hearts) trick the defenders into using violence by setting up innocents to die when the defenders attack with false information planted by the evil doers? Does doing violence ever bring good results? Will people ever grow so tired of violence that they will stop using it to win their way.

Will continue this in the future.

Points to be flushed out.

  • Sikhs and non-violence.

Recently Hamas' top leaders admited that they know violence will never win a homeland, but say that after teaching so many to seek a 'Martyr's death by blowing up innocents--they don't know how to stop their fighters from using what they taught them.

Ayatollah Khomeini led Lakhs of young children to charge Saddam's minefields so Iranian tanks could get through. Golden keys to heaven and a pretend saviour (Mahdi) posed on the battlefield with luminecent (sp) paint?

Mujahedeen who fought the Russians in Afganistan now a teacher in Pakistaan shot to death by the Taleban, because his Salwar was to long they went to his home and then shot his aged father to death, interpretation of senseless rules that lead to the death of so many Sikhs now reaching new heights.

LeT says its willing to give up violence as they realize it doesn't work.

The Quran allows for people of the 'Book' to live protected in Muslim countries-its in the Qur'an, yet their is no church, synagogue or Gurdwara in Saudi Arabia. They give no such protection to religions started after their Prophet as he was God's last Prophet--i.e. no word could come from God after him.
