Though i am born sikh but actually speaking I am just a beginner in sikhism. Lot many questions come in my mind. Here are a few: 1. Are sikhs supposed to eat Non veg or not? 2. Can we read the hymns from the Gutka after eating non veg? 3. Can we read the hymns from Gutka if we don't have anything to cover our head?

Sometimes i think that we can recite the hymns if we had non veg or we don't have any cloth to cover our head as atleast i will be taking HIS name. But then the thinking that has been built into me that if you have eaten non veg or if you haven't covered your head you shouldn't recite the hymns from Gutka comes to my mind.
