Sardarji, are the last two sentences from the Mahan Kosh? I have read the english version (finding every mention of gangu, ganguli, ect.) by The University of Patiala and cannot find you quoted passage. Could you list your reference. Where can i find the book? I have the panjabi (gurmukhi) version, but reading it is a daunting task.
Please could you add the Gurmukhi, as well?

Power of Khalsa 2

Veer ji,

Excellent video and brilliant performance; as always it is a matter of education and proper presentation; to a certain extent the fault lies with us as we do not give proper presentation of our history and to a lesser extent the education system in India. These gifts from the Gurus need to be explained in a humble and sensible manner and soon the whole world will want to embrace them.

Many thanks to bringing this to my attention; unbelievable speed and daring acts; Waheguru bakshish karan on this jatha.

PS: I have archived your messages; I hope this is OK. Hari Singhtalk 12:30, 29 August 2010 (EDT)

Thx

Veer ji, enjoyed the link very much, truly entertaining and amazing talent. Allenwalla 03:02, 30 August 2010 (EDT)

Dhanawad

Bhai Sahib ji, Sikhs around the world must, along with many others, really be enjoying this. Thanks for taking the time to keep me up.

Never have I wish I could speak or understand what the judges had to say, if you hear of a video with sub titles in english please let me know. Who were the elder Sardars who gave the judges the framed photos of, i assume, imagined images of the 10 Gurus over the Harmandar Sahib.

Third performance was a Killer performance

Veer ji,

Indeed, an action packed show; full of wonderful talent and highly precise, fast and stunning moves - Well done Bir Khalsa Group! Also amazing comment by Sajid about the Khalsa. May Guru grant them perpetual chardikala and kaamjabee! Thanks for the link and message. Guru bhalee karan, Hari Singhtalk 09:36, 20 September 2010 (EDT)

A waste of time?

Bhai SAhib ji, People are always goading people. Even as little kids, bullies were always trying to goad the smaller kids into proving they were -- fill in the blank!

Perhaps this is different in India. The truth needs no proof - everyone around the world knows the truth about Guru Nanak's beliefs. So why fall into the snare some silly scholar has set (could he have had his tuition paid, or gotten a grant by writing such a silly piece of tripe)?

If I say a six ft tall man is short and he argues and spends his precious time trying to prove he isn't, I will show you a man that feels unsure of his belief.

If I say a man has stolen my watch and he reaches in his pocket - that man has some doubts.

The guy who wrote that paper only has to look online and see how many entries show up to see how well his trap has worked.

Is this another article on Abdul Jaleel's [1] thesis that Sikhism is a sect of Islam. I believe that he is (was?) an Ahmadiyya [2] , a sect that claims they are Muslims, while the taliban and other hardcore selafists are blowing them up; since the Pakistani govt. declared that they were not Muslims and could be executed (for blasphemy) if they said they were.

Also are we signing our work now?
