Sir ji Everything is mentioned read article again taste and eliminating fluids. and Sikhism says every exercise which is good for health is good wether Yoga or Swimming. Yes yoga is not integral part of sikhism. But if you check article this is about analogy as some people Ask what is 10 bairagan, 9 Nidh, 18 Sidh, 9 Khand, 68 Tirath etc etc. o for them who want to have knowledge of each word the article is there. One would not have to visit some hindu websites and read through it so trying to provide facts here only. Sir ji Everything is mentioned read article again taste and eliminating fluids. and Sikhism says every exercise which is good for health is good wether Yoga or Swimming. Yes yoga is not integral part of sikhism.
