I wondered, another subject, why Jarnail Singh had taken his right shoe off some time before he tossed it at Chiabharam. It made it easier, as i doubt that he would have ever tossed his shoe if he had  to  take the time to remove it. The time it would have taken to cross his leg and take his shoe off would have given him time think, as it seemed to be done without thinking of the consequences.
