Talk:Gurdwara Baba Jaani Shah

While this article praises the pluralism of the city , the story of Jaani Shah is told twice. The second story states:

It is a further example of the integration of religious traditions in this town that this pir’s shrine does not house the saint’s tomb, but rather the Guru Granth Sahib.

I cannot understand how removing the tomb or grave of a Muslim Pir and installing the Guru Granth Sahib in his Shrine could be claimed to be--a further example of the integration of religious traditions.

This is confusing at best, possibly some mention of why the grave is no longer there or details on how this came to be would help? As I understand it no Gurdwara would contain a Muslim grave. Can someone advise me on this. thanks Allenwalla 02:52, 28 June 2009 (UTC)
