Things must be terribly different in Indian army. In the US army every officer and enlisted man bows and feels greatly honored to see or meet someone with the Congressional Medal of Honor. They have often been guests of honor at the State of the Nation Speeches. No cash award though no stipend just a medal and a lot of respect.Allenwalla 22:39, 12 March 2008 (MDT)
