Setaj (ਸੇਤਜ s ) is a Gurmukhi word found in the Guru Granth Sahib and refers to the form of birth which is from bodily secretion, involves heat or "Sweat" - ਪਸੀਨੇ/ਮੜਕੇ ਤੋਂ ਪੈਦਾ ਹੋਝ ਜੀਵ (ਜੂਆਂ ਆਦਿਕ). This word is normally found with 3 others which all explain the four forms of births recognised by the Sikh faith. These four are: Andaj or ਅੰਡਜ; Jeraj or ਜੇਰਜ; Utbhuj or ਉਤਭਜ and of course, Setaj or ਸੇਤਜ
