These samadhs are located in the lawns of Govt Islamia College Civil Lines. The college is in front of the office of SSP adjacent to the Lahore District Court. The bigger samadh, at the centre, is that of Maharani Datar Kaur who was also known as Maharani Nakain. She was the wife of Maharaja Ranjit Singh and the mother of Kharak Singh. On its right is the samadh of Maharani Chand Kaur who was the wife of Kharak Singh and the mother of Naunehal Singh. The sacnadh on the left belongs to Ghulab Kaur, the wife of Kunwar Naunehal Singh.

All these Samadhs were built during the last days of Sikh rule. At present the office of the college functions in these samadhs. The buildings are strong and have remained safe so for due to its location within the college compound.
