RAI BULAR or Rai Bhoe, was a muslim chief who was granted a feudal estate by his son-in-law, Daulat Khan Lodhi,the Governor of the Punjab. Rai Bhoe selected and rebuilt Talwandi, ealier known as Raipur. This city is situated about forty two miles wet of Lahore and eighteen miles south of the river Ravi. Later came to known as Nankana Sahib.
