Mona is a term applied to mainly to men who do not have uncut hair or Kesh or untrimmed hair on their head. Mona means bald or clean shaven or trimmed hair. As well as being labelled with the term "mona" such men are often referred to as "Rowday" (pronounced row-day plural or rowdah singular).
