Jagtar Singh Hawara, is the current Jathedar of Akal Takht Sahib, taking over from Giani Gurbachan Singh. He is a Sikh Millitant belonging to the Babbar Khalsa. He belongs to Hawara village in Fatehgarh Sahib District. His father died in 1991. His mother's name is Narinder Kaur.
