The INA (Indian National Army) was an army organised with the help of the Japanese, by Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, during WWII. The army consisted of Indians captured by the Japanese in the jungles of Burma, including many Sikhs who were sympathetic to ending British rule of India. Unfortunately this ended with the Sikhs fighting against Sikhs in the British Indian Army.
