Gurudwara Nanak Varhi or Nanak Wadi is a wonderful sikh shrine located in the heart of vadodara City whic marked remembrance of Guru Nanak Sahib.
History
It a place where the First Guru Nanak Dev Ji visited along with Shri Mardanaji in 1515-17. Guru nanak dev ji came here from baroch and went to Rajasthan. Gurdwara Guru Nanak Varhi has been built to preserve the memory of his visit. there was a single room preserved in his memory now there is a huge Gurdwara in Nanakwadi, Nr Khanderao Market, Vadodara - 390010 (Gujarat) INDIA
This gurudwara is since then and daily prayers are offered as per the shri Hukumnama of the Akal Takht Shri Harmandir Sahib ji.
