Gurdwara Joga Singh at Peshawar was founded by Hari Singh Nalwa, in the days went he held Peshawar as the famed and feared general of Maharaja Ranjit Singh's army. This gurdwara was shut down in 1947 during the troubled times of the British partition of India.
