Daroli Bhai Ki is a village located about 14 kilometers west of Moga in Moga district. As per the folklore Daroli was a one dancer with Mughals and was rewarded some land for her talent. The place was made pious by the feet of Sri Guru Hargobind Sahib ji who spent time at this place. This village has has three majestic gurudwaras. Gurudwara Baba Gurditta ji on Patti (Street) Kamal and other two on the outskirts of the village. It is said that the women lore of Patti Kamal did enormous sewa of the 6th guru and menfolk did not. Guru ji became so happy with the bhagti of these women that he blessed women of this Patti and said that the women of Patti Kamal will always rule in their families (as told to me by my grandmother).
