Buttar (Punjabi: ਬ੝ੱਟਰ, Urdu:بٹر) is a Jatt clan as well surname Jatt people of Punjab. It's member mainly lives in the Punjab region (East Punjab and Punjab, Pakistan) and also abroad as they migrated overseas. As of 1881 census, there were only 10883 Buttars.[1]
