In Sikh Ideology, Ashta Siddhi means Understanding of Eight qualities of Almighty. Siddhi signifies comprehension and Asht means Eight.

Following are eight qualities of The Supreme One to comprehend upon: Oankar, Satnaam, KartaPurakh, Nirbhao, Nirvair, AkaalMurat, Ajooni, Svaibhang.

The aim of Gursikh is to understand all eight qualities and practice the same to become part of The Supreme One.
