1 or Ek or One or ੧ is the first word of Guru Granth Sahib. This is the main subject of Guru Granth Sahib. The whole Guru Granth Sahib revolves around this word. The Whole Guru Granth Sahib contain praise of this word 1. It is part of Mool Mantar. Sikh start his prayers with word One.
