I think that there is a great story in hear somewhere, waiting to come out. As this page currently is it's very difficult to read. Possibly apostrophes for one have become question marks.
It needs a lot of work, it's is obviously pulled from a larger paper as it refers to the foregoing chapters in the second paragraphs.
