Pand Raaj is Mann(Mind). Pand is Body and Raaj is King. The King of Body is Mann. Farid Ji said ਬੰਨਹਹਿ ਉਠਾਈ ਪੋਟਲੀ ਕਿਥੈ ਵੰਞਾ ਘਤਿ ॥੨॥, this Mann is Raaj of this Pand(body).
