Pand Raaj

Pand Raaj is Soul, it's Mann(Mind). Pand is Body and Raaj is King. The King of Body is Mann. Farid Ji said ਬੰਨ੝ਹ੝ਹਿ ਉਠਾਈ ਪੋਟਲੀ ਕਿਥੈ ਵੰਞਾ ਘਤਿ ॥੨॥, this Mann is Raaj of this Pand(body).

ਪੰਡ੝ ਰਾਜ ਜਹ ਜੋਗ੝ ਕਮਾਵਾ ॥ : It is interpreted on internet as, where the Pandavas Practised Yoga.

is it related to Pandvas

• Pandvas are Krishna Devotees not Shiva Devotees. They Never attired as Yogi, moreover they do not have any link with this term.
• Second interpretation is Pandu Raaj is father of Pandvas. King Pandu never practiced Yog in his life time and he never went to Hemkunt. He too was Krishna Devotee, not Yogi.

Guru Gobind Singh is telling about Soul's story. Terms are related to soul not the world. When Mind is sleeping then this body(Pand) fall on bed, but when this body open eyes and Pand Raaj(Mind) work he picks his body upside. The King of this body is Mind. ਬੰਨ੝ਹ੝ਹਿ ਉਠਾਈ ਪੋਟਲੀ ਕਿਥੈ ਵੰਞਾ ਘਤਿ ॥੨॥
