Sat Shri Akal, Welcome and thanks for cleaning up article Benti Chaupai. Such defaulted marks (the question mark/diamond) are in many articles. They are often OCR artifacts or apostrophes or other marks that have defaulted. In Benti Chaupai they seem to have served no use.
