ਚੰਡੀ ਚਰਿਤਰ-੨
ਸਰੀ ਭਗਉਤੀ ਜੀ ਸਹਾਇ
Bhagauti, jine bhagwant nu jaan leya, gurmat ne bhagwant nu janeya hoya, eh bhagauti gurmat ee hai. gyan kharhag v bhagauti hai, jide samajh ch aa gayi oh v bhagauti e ho gya, banda ehnu samaj ke jo kamm kar sakda hai (Bhagauti) oh shabad nahi akr sakde
Eh gal bhagauti di , oh gal bhagwant di hai ess layi eh baani nahi aayi, vivek buddhi mere ang sang rahe.
ੴ ਵਾਹਿਗਰੂ ਜੀ ਕੀ ਫ਼ਤਹ ॥ (means total Gurmat)
- fateh bhaye mann jeet adi bani ch apna mann jitna..........Eh fateh gyan charcha karkey kise hor nu samjhan d hai.
devi maya roop nahi hundi chetan hundi hai, mitti ch devi de darshan kidan ho jange(Lehna), dev asre sareer jinda hai, dev d jyot sareer ch hai, ligh dev di hai, oh sareer nu chalaundi hai....Hari...Jidi jyot hai oh hari hai oh Har hai....Jyot da naam JEYO hai....kihde karkey sareer da jeena hai....har jeyo gopal rakhe, karta aape hukam vartaye...chaan ohdi hai, hari da e chanan hai. chanan apne aap ch kuj v nahi hai......lehne da mann jiteya geya....Eh fateh kidi hoyee aa?? eh waheguru ji ki fateh hoyi hai.....manmukh kehnda mai keeta hai,,,,,eh waheguru ji ki fateh hoyi aa....nanak bulaya bolda hai....

ਨਰਾਜ ਛੰਦ ॥
ਮਹਿਖ ਦਈਤ ਸੂਰਯੰ ॥ ਬਢਿਓ ਸ ਲੋਹ ਪੂਰਯੰ ॥
Mahekasur daint paida hoya, soorma paida hoya...lohe naal marh ke rakhda c, ohde te sansari gyan bohot c te tarak da sakar nahi rakhda c
ਸ ਦੇਵ ਰਾਜ ਜੀਤਯੰ ॥ ਤਰਿਲੋਕ ਰਾਜ ਕੀਤਯੰ ॥੧॥
He conuered Indra, the king of gods; and ruled over the three worlds.1.

ਭਜੇ ਸ ਦੇਵਤਾ ਤਬੈ ॥ ਇਕਤਰ ਹੋਇ ਕੈ ਸਬੈ ॥
At that time the gods ran away; and all of them gathered together.
- Devete bhaj gayi kathe ho ke
ਮਹੇਸਰਾ ਚਲੰ ਬਸੇ ॥ ਬਿਸੇਖ ਚਿਤ ਮੋ ਤਰਸੇ ॥੨॥
They inhabited the Kailash mountain; with great fear in their mind.2.
- Mahesh kol jake lukk gaye, oh chitto darrey hoye ne....bai koi labh na lahve
ਜਗੇਸ ਭੇਸ ਧਾਰ ਕੈ ॥ ਭਜੇ ਹਥਿਆਰ ਡਾਰ ਕੈ ॥
They disguised themselves as great Yogis; and throwing their weapons, they all ran away.
- Hathyaar pate bhesh dooja dhaar lea, rabb nu khojan layi as said by mahisasura, Atam gyani hoye to pehlan da raaj narkan nu lai janda hai.
ਪਕਾਰ ਆਰਤੰ ਚਲੇ ॥ ਬਿਸੂਰ ਸੂਰਮਾ ਭਲੇ ॥੩॥
Crying in great distress they walked. The fine heroes were in great agony.3.
- bohot dukhi mann naal challey ne, chahunde nahi c jaan, public v naal nahi hai,,,badhe badhe soorme kahande see, ohna ne v soormtayi tyaag ditti....jalalat d zindagi e, bande singh bahadur ne surrender kar ditta eh hai pankti ohde layi....kayar ho gaye
ਬਰਖ ਕਿਤੇ ਤਹਾ ਰਹੇ ॥ ਸ ਦਖ ਦੇਹ ਮੋ ਸਹੇ ॥
They lived there for may years; and endured many sufferings on their bodies.
- bohot saal junglan ch rahe
ਜਗਤਰ ਮਾਤਿ ਧਿਆਇਯੰ ॥ ਸ ਜੈਤ ਪਤਰ ਪਾਇਯੰ ॥੪॥
They mediated on the mother of the universe; for conquering the demon Mahishasura.4.
- parmeshwar nu dhyande jine paida kita.
ਪਰਸੰਨ ਦੇਵਤਾ ਭਝ ॥ ਚਰੰਨ ਪੂਜਬੇ ਧਝ ॥
The gods wrere pleased; and sped to worship the feet of the goddess.
ਸਨੰਮਖਾਨ ਠਢੀਯੰ ॥ ਪਰਣਾਮ ਪਾਠ ਪਢੀਯੰ ॥੫॥ सनमढ़खान ठढीयं ॥ पढ़रणाम पाठ पढीयं ॥५॥ They stood before her; and recited her eulogy.5.
ਰਸਾਵਲ ਛੰਦ ॥ रसावल छंद ॥ RASAAVAL STANZA
ਤਬੈ ਦੇਵ ਧਾਝ ॥ ਸਭੋ ਸੀਸ ਨਿਆਝ ॥ तबै देव धाझ ॥ सभो सीस निआझ ॥ Then the gods ran towards the goddess; with bowed heads.
ਸਮਨ ਧਾਰ ਬਰਖੇ ॥ ਸਭੈ ਸਾਧ ਹਰਖੇ ॥੬॥ सढ़मन धार बरखे ॥ सभै साध हरखे ॥६॥ The flowers were showered; and all the saints (hods) were pleased.6.
ਕਰੀ ਦੇਬਿ ਅਰਚਾ ॥ ਬਰਹਮ ਬੇਦ ਚਰਚਾ ॥ करी देबि अरचा ॥ बढ़रहम बेद चरचा ॥ The goddess was worshipped; with the recitation of Vesdas manifested by Brahma.
ਜਬੈ ਪਾਇ ਲਾਗੇ ॥ ਤਬੈ ਸੋਗ ਭਾਗੇ ॥੭॥ जबै पाइ लागे ॥ तबै सोग भागे ॥७॥ When they fell at the feet of the goddess; all their sufferings ended.7.
ਬਿਨੰਤੀ ਸਨਾਈ ॥ ਭਵਾਨੀ ਰਿਝਾਈ ॥ बिनंती सढ़नाई ॥ भवानी रिझाई ॥ They made their supplication, and pleased the goddess;
ਸਭੈ ਸਸਤਰ ਧਾਰੀ ॥ ਕਰੀ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਆਰੀ ॥੮॥ सभै ससतढ़र धारी ॥ करी सिंघ सढ़आरी ॥८॥ Who wore all her weapons, and mounted the lion.8.
ਕਰੇ ਘੰਟ ਨਾਦੰ ॥ ਧਨੰ ਨਿਰਬਿਖਾਦੰ ॥ करे घंट नादं ॥ धढ़नं निरबिखादं ॥ The songs resounded without interruption;
ਸਣੋ ਦਈਤ ਰਾਜੰ ॥ ਸਜਿਓ ਜਧ ਸਾਜੰ ॥੯॥ सढ़णो दईत राजं ॥ सजिओ जढ़ध साजं ॥९॥ The sounds was heard by the demon-king, who made preparations for the war.9.
ਚੜਿਓ ਰਾਛਸੇਸੰ ॥ ਰਚੇ ਚਾਰ ਅਨੇਸੰ ॥ चड़िओ राछसेसं ॥ रचे चार अनेसं ॥ The demon-king marched forward and appointed four generals;
