ਅਥ ਤ੝ਰਿਮ੝ੰਡ ਜ੝ੱਧ ਕਥਨੰ ॥ अथ तढ़रिमढ़ंड जढ़ढ़ध कथनं ॥ Now begins the description of the war with Trimund :

ਰਸਾਵਲ ਛੰਦ ॥ रसावल छंद ॥ RASAAVAL STANZA

ਪਠਿਯੋ ਤੀਨ ਮ੝ੰਡੰ ॥ ਚਲਿਯੋ ਸੈਨ ਝ੝ੰਡੰ ॥ ਕ੝ਰਿਤੀ ਚਿਤ੝ਰ ਜੋਧੀ ॥ ਮੰਡੇ ਪਰਮ ਕ੝ਰੋਧੀ ॥੪੪੧॥ पठियो तीन मढ़ंडं ॥ चलियो सैन झढ़ंडं ॥ कढ़रिती चितढ़र जोधी ॥ मंडे परम कढ़रोधी ॥४४१॥ Now Ravana sent the demon Trimund who marched at the head of the army; that warriors was unique like a portrait and a demon of supreme fury.441.

ਬਕੈਂ ਮਾਰ ਮਾਰੰ ॥ ਤਜੈ ਬਾਣ ਧਾਰੰ ॥ ਹਨੂਮੰਤ ਕੋਪੇ ॥ਰਣੰ ਪਾਇ ਰੋਪੇ ॥੪੪੨॥ बकैं मार मारं ॥ तजै बाण धारं ॥ हनूमंत कोपे ॥रणं पाइ रोपे ॥४४२॥ He shouted "Kill, Kill" and discharged a current of arrows, with great rage Hanuman stood with a firm foot in the battlefield.442.

ਅਸੰ ਛੀਨ ਲੀਨੋ ॥ ਤਿਸੀ ਕੰਠਿ ਦੀਨੋ ॥ ਹਨਿਯੋ ਖਸਟ ਨੈਣੰ ॥ ਹਸੇ ਦੇਵ ਗੈਣੰ ॥੪੪੩॥ असं छीन लीनो ॥ तिसी कंठि दीनो ॥ हनियो खसट नैणं ॥ हसे देव गैणं ॥४४३॥ Hanuman seized the sword of that demon and with the same he gave a blow on his neck. That six-eyed demon was killed, seeing whom the gods smiled in the sky.443.
