Raag Gauri Mala is part of collection of Raag Gauri Shabads in Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji. This Raag Gauri Mala is a creation by combining two raags; Bhairavi & Bhairav. In purvang Bhairavi and in utrang its Bhairav that is prominent. In this raag, Rishab, Gandhar & Dhaivat are komal surs and rest all surs are shudh. Jatti: Sampooran;
Gauri Mala is the sixteenth raag, in order of appearance, in Guru Granth Sahib ji.
Raag Gauri Mala (ਗਉੜੀ ਮਾਲਾ) – The essence of Gauri Mala is a combination of good, pure, true and positive thoughts added together one by one. There is a feeling of having worked hard and an increased energy, which encourages more devotion towards the truth.
