Hardeep Singh the Director of "Amar Khalsa", "Dharm Di Chaadar" and "Shaheedan De Sirtaj" have been directed by Sr. Hardeep Singh who is also founder President of Sunehri Virsa. He is a devout Sikh with modern outlook, dedicated with missionary zeal to tackle the problems facing our religion in the present day. He is also pioneer in realizing and making use of the latest electronic media to reach the hearts of all Sikhs, especially the youth, all over the globe. His inherent talent in fine arts, martial art and drama were further sharpened when he was doing his graduation at Govt. College of Fine Arts, Chandigarh in early eighties. He evolved and staged Sikh martial dance based on gatka in 1987. He also spread the Gurmat principles of "Shabad Guru" by creating posters and greeting cards portraying Sikh children in traditional colourful robes, along with verses from Guru Granth Sahib which have been adoring the wall of many house holds all over the world since 1991.He involves himself in recitation of Gurbani Kirtan as a non-professional and deliver lectures on Sikhism especially during the Gurmat training camps for youth an children. He has produced and staged light and sound shows and theater productions based on Sikh history and Gurmat. In recognition of his great contributions to the Khalsa Panth, as a divine blessing, he is second time elected member of SGPC by popular support of the sangat of Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Mohali) since 1996, thus opening fresh avenues for him to realize his dreams of serving his community. His vision of using electronic media for direct contact with Sikh masses is a major project.
