G5 Sikh Media is dedicated to the Sikh Faith. We aim to promote Sikhism, Sikh Culture and Sikh history to everyone. My name is Amrit Ghatora and I am the creator of G5 Sikh Media.
G5 Sikh Media is an organisation teaching Sikhs and Non-Sikhs about the Sikh religion through mainly visual forms and some written. We will sell Sikh clothing, posters and books on Sikhism on the website.
G5 Sikh Media is a place where young Sikhs will be recognised for their achievements within the Sikh community and will have the chance to have a page on the G5 Sikh Media website promoting themselves and being recognised for their achievements.
This Website is the hub of G5 Sikh Media, it will have lots of information about Sikhism, part written but the majority through a visual format, art works, multimedia etc bringing a new light on the Sikh religion’s culture and history. There will be a forum, area for young Sikhs to interact and have discussions and give the chance for G5 Sikh Media’s viewers to upload their own artwork, poems and stories etc relating to the relevant issues and topics and there will be regular monthly competitions.
The representatives will be responsible for informing G5 Sikh Media and all its users about all the different Sikh events happening within their cities. They will be required to attend the major events representing G5 Sikh Media and to report and photograph the events and those that attend and then to upload the information and the photographs on to the site.

Our aim is to help young Sikhs and Non-Sikhs that are keen to learn more about the Sikh religion, to be able to connect them together and create a place in which they feel that they can come to for help with what ever they are doing.
To give them support and more self belief by helping them to understand more about who they are, their culture and where they have come from and to give them a place that they can be recognised for their achievements and promote events that they may be holding as well as creating a place for them to have discussions and make friends
