Bhai Saunde Shah

Bhai Saundhe Shah was the first prominent [Labana]] to be fascinated by the Sikh way of life, who came in contact with Guru Angad Dev. Guru Angad Dev ji as advised by Guru Nanak shifted to Khadur, District Amritsar. There he had hidden himself in Mai Vairai's house. It was Baba Saundhe Shah who had anticipated the emergence from hiding of Guru Angad & sent in advance large quantities of rations for the sangat that was expected to gather at khadur on the occasion.
