Vidhata Singh Teer

Vidhata Singh Teer was born to Sardar Hira Singh Punj in village Ghaghrot in district Rawalpindi. Vidhata Singh Teer took initial education from his maternal uncle Giani Hira Singh Dard. He also learned poetry from his maternal uncle as well.
