Gur Fateh Hari Singh ji,
Your points are thought provoking and correct. It is our responsibility however as Sikh's to advocate for change. Calling out those who assault those ideals and tenants we stand for is a requirement as ambassadors of this wonderful community.
Thank you for your resilient efforts through SikhiWiki.

Khalsa ji, Waheguru ji ka Khalsa, Waheguru ji ki Fateh

Openness and frankness is central to Sikhi and any behaviour which is contrary to this is anti-Gurmat. I was very disturbed to learn that the century old tradition of the proper and smooth running of the Akal Takhat has been substantially altered without any debate or dialogue with the global Sikh sangat (community); this surely is not the way of the Khalsa.

We will strive to uphold the values enshrined in the Sri Guru Granth Sahib as we believe that is the only real source of inspiration for a better humanity and a better world; which after all is what is important to a Sikh. Guru mahar karan. Regards, Hari Singhtalk 12:42, 9 March 2010 (UTC)
